The MME for JUNIORS is right around the corner! BELOW ARE IMPORTANT DATES
Wednesday, February 26 - 2nd hour, pre-bubble testing answer sheets (some may overlap into 3rd hour)
Thursday, February 27 - 2nd hour make up for pre-bubbling answer sheets
Tuesday, March 4 - MME Testing Day 1
Wednesday, March 5 - MME Testing Day 2
Thursday, March 6 - MME Testing Day 3
***Tuesday, March 11 - PLAN test for 10th graders only *** Tentatively scheduled - need approval from Balas
Trimester Two Final Exam Dates:
Wednesday, March 12, 1st hour Final Exam (2-5 regular schedule)
Thursday, March 13, 2nd and 3rd hour Final Exams - students leave at 11:00
Friday, March 14, 4th and 5th hour Final Exams - students leave at 11:00
Monday, March 17 BEGIN TERM 3
Tuesday, March 18, MME Make-up Day 1
Wednesday, March 19, MME Make-up Day 2
Thursday, March 20, MME Make-up Day 3
1.) The 100 hallway and Library will be closed to students during testing days
2,) Bells will be turned off
3.) **Students not testing will continue to follow their regular schedule
4.) Mrs. Kristin and Mrs. Veronica will not be able to work with students on their caseloads during testing
5.) Mr. Carpenter and Mr. Gildersleeve need will be in alternative classrooms down the 300 hallway during testing
6.) Students AND staff need to be as quiet as possible in the hallways and cafeteria!!
7.) Teachers - During your planning time, please check with testing proctors to see if they need a break!

PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCES:
Parents and students are REQUIRED to attend conferences at Roberto Clemente. We believe face to face interaction with your childs teacher is extreemly important in creating an environment that helps students obtain the right attitude, skill set, and work ethic.

The superintendent is meeting with parents, students, and staff to hear what OUR concerns are. This visit is for you, parents. We REALLY need to have a strong showing and be ready to address your concerns and issues. Please be prompt and prepared.
Thursday, December 5, 2013 (6:00-8:00 PM)
Parent - Teacher - Student Conferences at Clemente. These are mandatory for all parents and students. You will come to the school with your child, receive his/her report card from a staff member, and then meet with each of her/his teachers to hear about the 1st trimester performance.
Monday, December 9, 2013 (3:00-5:00 PM)
Parent - Teacher - Student Make up conferences held in the Media Center. Failing to meet this obligation results in your child being released to Ann Arbor Technological High School.
Wednesday, December 14, 2013 (9:00 AM)
Academic Ceremony. Students earning a 2.7 GPA and higher will be acknowledged at a school ceremony. These students will be given an engraved medal and a certificate of achievement. Afterwards, they are afforded the privilege of dressing out of uniform on Fridays.
